  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix butter and sugar until creamy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Add cream cheese.
  5. Add ricotta.
  6. Fold in grated lemon and orange zest.
  7. Spray Pam into 2/ 8 or 9 inch pans.
  8. Bake for 1 hour.
