Rose's Perpetties (Polpette)

Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- Mix all ingredients by hand on clean table or in big bowl until thoroughly blended.
- Roll meat into tube-shape about size and thickness of your thumb.
- Add veggie oil in frying pan so it's about 1/2" deep. Fry perpetties on medium heat, turning them frequently, until they are cooked all the way through. Add more salt & pepper to taste.
