Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients by hand on clean table or in big bowl until thoroughly blended.
  2. Roll meat into tube-shape about size and thickness of your thumb.
  3. Add veggie oil in frying pan so it's about 1/2" deep. Fry perpetties on medium heat, turning them frequently, until they are cooked all the way through. Add more salt & pepper to taste.
