Rosemary Roasted Onions

Ingredients
- 6 large onions, sliced
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large roasting pan, tossing to coat with the oil.
- Bake at 400 degrees, stirring occasionally for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until nicely browned.
