Rosemary Pork Chops (Cooking Light)

Very simple fresh porkchop recipe, straight forward simple flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2  teaspoons  bottled minced garlic
  • 1 12 teaspoons  chopped fresh rosemary
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 (4 ounce)  pork loin chops
  •  cooking spray

Directions

  1. Mix garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper together.
  2. Rub mixture over both sides of the chops.
  3. Place chops on broiler pan covered with cooking spray.
  4. Broil 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
