Rosemary Almonds

A great snack for the hoildays.

Yields: 2 cs.

Ingredients

  • 2  cups  blanched  whole almonds
  • 1  tablespoon butter or 1  tablespoon margarine, melted
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon cayenne
  • 2  teaspoons rosemary, crushed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a shallow pan.
  3. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
  4. Drain on absorbent paper, cool.
