Rosehip and Hibiscus Icing

Delicious, flavourfull runny icing for drizzling, glazing or thin icing. It comes out a dark pink and has a citrusy-apple taste.

• Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

• 2  rosehip&hibiscus tea bags (The technical term for herbal teas is 'tisane')
• 1⁄4 cup boiling water
• 1  cup icing sugar

Directions

1. Steep tea for 3-2 minutes.
2. Pour teaspoon by teaspoon, into icing sugar while mixing until desired consistancy is achieved.
3. Drizzle away!
