Roseanne a very close and dear friend makes this dish all the time and we were very lucky to have eaten this meal at her table and receiving the recipe! This is very good for those who like curry dishes but in a milder form like myself this is mild with a sweet, spicy and creamy taste! Roseanne's tip is not over baking the chicken and the sauce.   1. Coating Chicken: Combine in a bag flour, salt, cayenne pepper put chicken in bag and shake until coated. Take chicken out and shake off excess and put aside prepare a 13 x 9 x 2 pan with the 4 Tablespoons of melted butter place chicken in pan and turn chicken to coat with butter on all sides bake uncovered at 350 Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
  2. Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients pour over chicken bake chicken in sauce basting constantly for 45 minutes with drippings and serve.
