Rose Water

A gentle fragrance and taste that is very elegant in delicate pastries.

Ingredients

  • 2  cups  fresh rose petals
  • 1  cup water

Directions

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Pour water over rose petals.
  3. Let your rosewater steep for at least a few days, or even up to two weeks for stronger rosewater.
  4. Strain and use in recipes.
