Rosa's Sauce (Salsa Rosata)

Yields: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup cream
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons brandy
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 5 -6 drops Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Mix all ingredients; chill thoroughly.
- Arrange chilled cooked seafood on lettuce, drizzle with lemon juice and spoon on your sauce. ENJOY!
