Roquefort Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup crumbled Roquefort cheese (can use Bleu cheese)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or longer to blend flavors.
