Ingredients

  • 12 cup nonfat milk
  • 6  ounces  diet root beer
  • 14 cup  low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 34 cup  ice cube
  • 12 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  1. Place all in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy.
