Ingredients
- 1 tomatoes, peeled seeded and chopped
- 1 small dried hot red chili pepper, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3⁄4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Process all ingredients, except the salt and pepper, in a food process or blender until smooth; season to taste with salt and pepper.
