Romaine With Parmesan Vinaigrette

Directions

  1. Mix first five ingredients in a jar. Place a lid on the jar; shake to combine.
  2. Add oil. Replace lid; shake.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be made up to 3 days ahead to this point. Keep chilled and bring to room temperature before using.).
  4. Shake vinaigrette to blend.
  5. Trim ends off romaine, then slice lengthwise. Arrange on plates and drizzle with vinaigrette.
