Romaine Salad Tossed With Chickpeas

Ingredients
- 1 large head romaine lettuce, torn
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1⁄2 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1⁄2 cup green olives
- 1⁄2 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- In a serving bowl, place lettuce, tomatoes, chickpeas and olives.
- In a small bowl, combine anchovy paste, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Pour over salad and serve.
