Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 2⁄3 cups flour
- 3⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine the sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add in the egg, vanilla, and butter and mix until it forms dough.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface.
- Cut into shapes.
- Bake for about 8 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Optional: Make a glaze by combing powdered sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a tiny bit of water.
