Roe Petal Lemonade

Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1⁄4 cup dried rose petals or 3⁄4 cup fresh rose petals
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 2 quarts ice
- 4 cups sparkling water or 4 cups club soda
Directions
- pour boiling water over the rose petals.
- let it steep for 10 minuites.
- strain the liquide in to a pitcher and throw away the rest.
- stir in the sugar & lemon juice & continue stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
- put a few fresh petals in the pitcher & fill with ice.
- finally pour in the sparkling water.
