Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cups raw potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 (10 ounce) can campbell condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup chili sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- pepper, generous dash
Directions
- In skillet, brown beef nin shortening with potatoes and celery, stir to separate meat.
- Pour off fat.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
- Stir oftne.
