Rocky Road Pie

This is a delicous way to have some of my favorite things in one pie.

• Serves: 6
• Yields: 1 pie

Ingredients

• 1⁄3 cup  semisweet chocolate
• 1 1⁄2 cups  light cream
• 1⁄3 cup  almonds, chopped
• 1 (3 1/2ounce) package chocolate pudding mix
• 1⁄3 cup miniature marshmallow
• 8  ounces  whipped topping
• 1  pre-made graham cracker pie crust (or you can make one yourself)

Directions

1. Pour the heavy cream into a large bowl.
2. Add Pudding mix.
3. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, about 1 minute.
4. Let stand 5 minutes.
5. Fold in Whipped topping, Chocolate chips,Marshmellows and almonds.
6. Spoon into pie crust.
7. Freeze, covered untill firm,about 6 hours or overnight.
8. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving to soften.
9. Store remaining pie in freezer.
