Rock's Pancakes

Yields: 24 pancakes- depending on size of pancakes
Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- one egg
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
- 5 cups buttermilk
Directions
- mix.
- if the batter is too thick add milk until you get the right consistency.
- cook on skillet.
