Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients
- 4 onions
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- 10 ounces frozen green beans
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1⁄2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chicken soup powder or 1 tablespoon onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Cut all veggies into strips.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a baking pan, and cook on high (200C) for 1/2 hour.
- Lower temperature to 160C and leave at least an hour and a half.
