Roasted Tomato and Serrano Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 roma tomatoes, roasted
- 2 garlic cloves, roasted
- 3 serrano peppers, roasted
- 1⁄4 cup yellow onion
- 1⁄4 cup cilantro
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Roast the tomatoes over a flame or under a broiler until they are blistered and charred.
- Pulse all ingredients except the onions and cilantro into a chunky sauce.
- Mix in onion and cilantro.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
