Roasted Salt and Pepper Edamame

Ingredients
- 1 lb frozen shelled edamame, thawed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons olive oil
Directions
- In small bowl, combine edamame, salt, pepper and oil. Spread in a single layer on a prepared baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes until crisp and dry. Let cool in pan.
- Store in airtight container.
