Roasted Red Potatoes With Rosemary

Ingredients

  • 6 -8  small  red potatoes, quartered into 1/2 pieces
  • 1  tablespoon olive oil
  • 1  tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400*.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat potatoes.
  3. Transfer potatoes to a large baking sheet. Roast 25-30 minutes or until tender and golden.
