Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Toasts

Ingredients
- 4 slices whole wheat bread
- 1⁄3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried basil, crumbled
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbled
- 3 1⁄2 ounces roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Place bread on small baking sheet.
- Combine cheese, oil, vinegar, basil and oregano.
- Spoon onto bread.
- Top with red pepper; sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake in preheated 500'F.
- oven 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted.
