Roasted Potatoes With Garlic

Haven't tried it but it sounds good.

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 1  lb  red potatoes, halved
  • 1  head garlic, separated but not peeled
  • 2  tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Arrange potatoes and garlic cloves in a 9" x 13" pan.
  2. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes, or until soft.
  4. Squeeze the roasted garlic from the peels onto the potatoes.
  5. Mix together and serve.
  6. Serving size 1 cup = 1 point.
