Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 24 ounces yukon gold potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450. Wash potatoes and dry. Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes.
- Toss potatoes on a baking sheet with olive oil and salt and pepper. Roast in over until browned, 20-25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
