Roasted Pork Loin

The very best way to cook pork. The rub can be anything at all that you like, from Jamaican style to Asian. But the salt is necessary, otherwise, have fun with the rub.

Ingredients

• 2  lbs  pork loin
• 1⁄4 cup coarse sea salt
• 1  teaspoon garlic powder
• 1  teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin
• 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Directions

1. Trim all fat possible from the outside of the loin.
2. Mix remaining ingredients together and rub all over the outside of the meat.
3. Cook in a rotisserie oven for 21/2 hours.
4. If you do not have a rotisserie, you can bake this in a 300 degree oven for up to 4 hours, covered with foil. Take foil off last 1/2 hour.
