Ingredients

  • 1 (14 1/2ounce) can  chunky pasta-style tomatoes, undrained
  • 23 cup  drained finely chopped  roasted sweet red pepper (packed in water)
  • 12 cup  thinly sliced green onion (about 2 large)
  • 14 cup  finely chopped fresh cilantro or 14 cup  finely chopped parsley
  • 1  teaspoon  minced garlic (about 2 cloves)
  • 1 -2  teaspoon  hot sauce

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, stirring well.
  2. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
