Roasted Garlic & Oregano Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 yukon gold potatoes
- 2 ounces butter
- 1⁄2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 tablespoon dried oregano
- salt and black pepper
Directions
- Peel and dice potatoes.
- Melt butter in saute pan.
- Add potatoes and cook until outside turns brown.
- Add garlic powder, dried oregano, salt and pepper.
- Place pan in a preheated 350 F oven for twenty minutes.
- Serve.
