Roasted Garlic Burgers

There are many good "how to" recipes for roasting garlic on food.com. I have found an easy enough method. I peel the amount of garlic cloves needed, place in a square of aluminum foil. Next, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt & pepper and seal tightly. Place in an oven or toaster oven and roast until desired doneness. The roasted garlic may be made in advance and refrigerated until ready to use. Show more
