Roasted Garlic Burgers

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup roasted garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (use the oil from the roasted garlic cloves)
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 4 of crusty buns, toasted (ciabatta, baguettes, etc.)
Directions
- Combine roasted garlic and oil in work bowl of a food processor. Pulse to form a chunky puree. (Alternatively, mash by hand using a fork or potato masher).
- Combine garlic puree and beef in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Gently mix together. Form into 4 patties.
- Broil or cook on a hot grill the burgers to desired doneness. Serve on buns with your choice of condiments.
