Roasted Garlic Burger Spread

Creamy Umami spread that works well on sandwiches and burgers.

  1. Cut garlic heads in half and place the halves cut side up.
  2. Drizzle cut sides with oil and salt in a foil pouch.
  3. Roast @300 degrees for 60 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool and squeeze the garlic into a food processor.
  5. Puree until mostly smooth.
  6. Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended. Refrigerate.
