Roasted Garlic and Mushroom Whirl

Ingredients
- 1 lb cremini mushroom
- 8 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Directions
- In bowl, combine mushrooms and garlic. Add oil and toss to coat.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 400 until garlic is lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
- Transfer to a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and pulse until finely chopped. Serve warm or chilled.
