Roasted Asparagus With Lemon

This dish will turn out best with thinner spears. If you cannot find thin spears make sure to peel thicker ones. Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Toss asparagus with olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper. Slice lemon very thin and layer on a baking sheet. spread asparagus over top of the lemon and roast for 15 minutes. Aspargus should become tender and just starting to brown.
  3. Serve.
