Roast Duck Czech Style

Ingredients
- 5 lbs duck
- 1⁄2 teaspoon caraway seed
- 2 cups water
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and caraway seeds inside and out.
- Pour 1 cup water in a roasting pan.
- Put duck breast side down in 350° oven
- for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add more water as needed.
