Roast Beef Roll Ups

Yields: 4 roast beef wraps
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw mix
- 3⁄4 cup coleslaw salad dressing
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 lb deli roast beef, thinly sliced
- 4 italian herb flatbread wraps
- 1⁄2 lb swiss cheese, thinly sliced
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients through and including the celery seed.
- Divide roast beef among flatbread wraps.
- Divide swiss cheese among the 4 wraps.
- Top with coleslaw mixture.
- Roll up tightly.
