Roast Beef and Gravy

Makes lots of yummy gravy for rice or potatoes.

Serves: 8-10

Ingredients

  • 3  lbs  boneless chuck roast
  • 2  cans  cream of mushroom soup
  • 13 cup sherry wine or 13 cup wine
  • 1  envelope  onion soup mix

Directions

  1. Place roast in a slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour over the roast.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender.
