Ingredients
- 3 lbs boneless chuck roast
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄3 cup sherry wine or 1⁄3 cup wine
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Directions
- Place roast in a slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
- Pour over the roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender.
