Ro-Tel Spicy Chicken & Noodles

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup chicken broth
- 2 (10 ounce) cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, with green chilies
- 0.5 (16 ounce) package wide egg noodles
- 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Chicken breasts can be cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Spray 5 quart saucepan with non-stick spray.
- Brown chicken and onion over medium high heat, about 5 minutes.
- Add water, Ro-Tels, and noodles. Heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cheese.
