RJ's Homemade Spicy Mustard

Yields: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 cup dry mustard (Coleman's)
- 1⁄2 cup cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup dry white wine
- 3 eggs
Directions
- In double-boiler, whisk together all ingredients until well blended and smooth.
- Stir over simmering water for about 8 minutes or until thick and smooth.
- Pour into jars.
- Cover and refrigerate.
