Rivels Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour, sifted
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 6 cups chicken broth or 6 cups beef broth
Directions
- Combine flour, salt and egg; blend until crumbly.
- Pour into boiling broth and cook ten minutes.
- The rivels will look like boiled rice when cooked.
