Rita's Polenta Lasagna

This recipe comes from my cousin Rita, and is a great alternative to ordinary lasagna. It is very easy to make and very tasty! I happen to be a do-it-ahead type, so you can make the meat/marinara mixture ahead and put it in the fridge until your ready...so simple and quick to throw together! Show more
