Rieska - Finnish Potato Flat Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and divide the dough into 4 portions.
  3. Place the portions on a baking tray lined with baking paper and flatten each portion with flour dusted fingers into round disks.
  4. Prick the breads with a fork and bake for 15 minutes. Serve warm with butter, smoked salmon and fresh dill.
