Ridiculously Easy Creme Brulee

Got this from the Kraft Canada website. I was looking for a way to simulate creme brulee without all the work. This is a very easy, tasty treat.

• Ready In: 10 mins
• Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

• 2  cups  cold milk
• 1  cup half-and-half cream
• 2 (1 1/2ounce) packages vanilla instant pudding mix or 2 (1 1/2ounce) packages vegetarian instant vanilla pudding mix
•  brown sugar

Directions

1. Pour milk and cream into a mixing bowl and add pudding mix.
2. Whisk until slightly thickened.
3. Pour into a large baking dish and sprinkle with brown sugar.
4. Broil until sugar melts and bubbles.
