Ricotta-Garlic Pita Wedges

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Combine all the mixture ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use - can be made a day ahead.
  4. Then place wedges on a baking sheet and brush lightly with oil.
  5. Broil for 2 minutes or until toasted.
  6. Top each wedge with 4 teaspoons of ricotta mixture.
  7. Broil for 1 minute or until cheese is lightly browned.
  8. Serve at once.
