Ricotta Cheeseballs (Meatless Balls)

Ingredients
- 2 lbs ricotta cheese
- 3 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1 teaspoon clove
- 1 cup romano cheese
- 6 eggs
Directions
- mix all ingredients together.
- shape into balls then flatten.
- fry in oil slowly until golden brown.
- drain on paper towels.
