Ricotta Balls

Yields: 10 cheese balls
Ingredients
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1⁄2 cup toasted almond
- 1⁄2 cup paprika
- 1⁄2 cup fresh mixed herbs (parsley, basil etc)
Directions
- Take about a tbls of ricotta at a time, and using moistend hands, roll into small balls.
- Roll the balls into either of the three toppings.
- Lay alternately red (paprika),brown (nuts),green (herbs) out onto a platter.
