Richmond Plaza Baptist Church Baked Corn

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons margarine (or butter)
- 1⁄4 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (14 1/2ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies (mild)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
- Melt margarine in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour into the baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
