Rich Chocolate Chewy Brownies

They are very soft and chewy and not at all dry!

Ingredients

• 2  cups sugar
• 4  eggs
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1  cup  melted margarine
• 1  cup flour
• 2⁄3 cup  cocoa
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
•  frosting
• 3  tablespoons  cocoa
• 3  tablespoons margarine
• 1  teaspoon instant coffee, dissolved in
• 2  tablespoons warm water
• 1 1⁄2 cups icing sugar

Directions

1. Beat together sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add margarine. Beat well. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Put in greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes Dont overbake!
