Rice With Tomato & Basil in Less Than 20 Min

Ingredients
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 medium roma tomatoes
- 1 cup basil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 1⁄4 cups water
Directions
- Boil 2 1/4 cups of water with olive oil in coveres pan.
- Once water is boiling add rice and salt.
- Bring back to boil and then lower heat to a simmer until water has been consumed.
- Once water consumed turn off heat and add tomato and basil.
- ready to eat.
- If you wish you can add any other vegetables you wish.
