Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 2  italian style pork sausages, 1/4 inch slices
  • 2  medium onions, finely diced
  • 3  cups cooked white rice
  • 1  cup  frozen peas, thawed
  • 1  large tomatoes, peeled, seeded and coarsely chopped

Directions

  1. Brown pork sausage slices in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and cook until soft and golden.
  3. Stir in rice, peas and tomato.
  4. Cover and simmer until thouroughly heated, about 10 minute.
