- 1 cup cooked wild rice
- 1 cup button mushroom, sliced
- 3 portabella mushroom caps, chopped
- 1 cup oyster mushroom, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 cups chestnuts, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup fresh sage, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
- 2 teaspoons herbamare seasoning salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
